How companies can assess their maturity level of AI in Human Resources
The Denkfabrik has presented its maturity model of AI in HR management at the 4th International Conference on AI Research (ICAIR)
Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the world of work - and is not stopping at HR management. Wherever information is processed, AI can optimize processes and provide valuable support.
The new free self-check AI in HR management, developed by the Denkfabrik Digitalisierte Arbeitswelt, helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to assess the status of AI use in their own HR department.
The tool is based on 11 dimensions that map the key factors influencing the use of AI in HR management. These were developed on the basis of scientific findings and expert interviews as part of the BMBF-funded project “Kompetenzzentrum Arbeitswelt.Plus”.
After the check, companies receive an overview of their maturity level, visualized in a radar chart, and can compare their results with others. The tool additionally makes it possible to derive specific recommendations for action in order to integrate AI into HR processes in a meaningful way. The project also provides companies with consulting services for planning and implementation.
The self-check provides SMEs with an easy way to integrate AI into HR management in a meaningful way and position themselves for the future.
