If you are enrolled as a fully registered student in a bachelor’s degree programme or a consecutive master’s degree programme at HSBI, the information below applies to you.

Semester ticket:

Student ID card / CampusCard:

The CampusCard is a multifunctional card that also serves as a student ID card. On the linked page, you will find more information and the opportunity to request the CampusCard.

Joining the student body (incl. ticket):

As a continuing education student, you have the opportunity to join the student body. Upon request, you will receive full student status and will thus become eligible for the semester ticket. Please note that in this case, you must also pay the currently valid semester contribution.

ID card for occasional students with special status:

Occasional students with special status will receive their ID cards by post at the beginning of March or beginning of September.

Re-registration:

Please note that in order to continue being enrolled as an external student in future semesters, you must submit up-to-date enrolment certificates of your primary university to the Registrar’s and Examination Office.

Semester ticket:

If you need it, you can book the semester ticket for a fee. For this purpose, you become a full member of the student body. To do so, please contact the responsible administrative assistant in the Registrar’s and Examination Office.

ID for occasional students:

You will receive your updated ID card for occasional students by post in good time before the start of the semester. We usually send them in mid-February or mid-August, respectively.
