The IT ServiceDesk of HSBI is the central point of contact for all users for inquiries and advice on IT services and offers a comprehensive range of support services.
The service times during and outside the lecture periods are kept updated for all locations on the IT ServiceDesk’s website. You can contact the IT ServiceDesk by e-mail, telephone, video conference and/or on site at the following locations:

Virtual IT ServiceDesk and remote maintenance:
You can also use our virtual IT ServiceDesk, which you can reach by videoconference during our service times. It provides support through remote maintenance. The virtual IT ServiceDesk is operated via Zoom Meetings, enabling you to share your screen, for instance. If you wish to make an appointment with our virtual IT ServiceDesk, please contact us through one of our contact channels. Outside our service times, you can also leave a message on our answering machine or contact the IT ServiceDesk by e-mail. The IT ServiceDesk will contact you as soon as possible during service times.
The IT ServiceDesk’s additional support services include:
- Service point for the CampusCard
- Other media technology and IT equipment loans, e.g. adapters, recording devices
- Mobile video equipment loans (Link to the German-language page)
- Collection point for hardware (laptop loans in cooperation with the AStA student union)
