Morning: Workshop (10 a.m.–12 noon)
Target groups: Job market actors and companies

An interactive workshop for up to 50 participants focussing on agile interface management in a systemic job market integration process. Discuss innovative approaches with us and contribute to shaping the integration process in OWL. Special focus will lie on the use of various technologies such as chatbots and digital tools to potentially support the process. Registration is required. The registration period has already ended.

 

Afternoon: Information fair (starting at 1 p.m.) 
Target groups: Potential employees and companies

A fair that brings together potential employees with a migration history and actors of the job market integration process in thematic clusters and shows individual paths to the regional job market. Become an exhibitor and use the opportunity to get in contact with potential employees and companies in order to develop individual paths of (further) qualification, vocational training or studies together with them. The target groups for this event explicitly includes stakeholders both from the vocational recognition process and from the areas of residence and social law. To facilitate communication, the participants will be supported by volunteers who will act as guides and interpreters in various languages.

• Volunteer guides and community interpreters will be present to facilitate communication
• Participation, both in the workshop and in the fair, is free of charge

• Promoting a circular approach to integration
• Developing a regional, systemic job market integration management
• Ensuring flexible and efficient collaboration of all stakeholders
• Creating a framework for the provision of targeted advice for employees of foreign origin and employers

Exhibitors include the Chamber of Trades, Chambers of Industry and Commerce, Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, Federal Employment Agency, Jobcenter, DGB OWL, municipalities and districts in OWL, regional integration network IQ NRW-Ost, HSBI, IfB OWL e.V., migrant organisations, welfare associations, employment and career promotion institutions, educational institutions, institutions that offer German courses, local integration networks and many more.
