We would like to cordially invite you to the first connect | train | transform OWL. This two-part event aims to promote sustainable, innovative job market integration for people with a migration history or refugee background in East Westphalia-Lippe (OWL). We will plan the day according to a holistic approach under the theme “We called for a workforce and human beings came.”
What’s special, the event will bring together many of the actors supporting job market integration in OWL – from recognition and qualification through to work placement.
Morning: Workshop (10 a.m.–12 noon)
Target groups: Job market actors and companies
An interactive workshop for up to 50 participants focussing on agile interface management in a systemic job market integration process. Discuss innovative approaches with us and contribute to shaping the integration process in OWL. Afternoon: Information fair (starting at 1 p.m.)
Target groups: Potential employees and companies
