The processes have different effects on the two genders and are assessed differently in the perception of men and women. However, results of gender-based sciences concerning digitalization are scarce. The following article presents the results of a study about basic attitudes of young professionals regarding the digital transformation from a gender-specific point of view, in order to identify possible differences in the perception between women and men.
