{"type":"journal_article","abstract":[{"lang":"eng","text":"AI-based support tool for working caregivers\r\nResearchers at the Institute for Education and Health Care Research at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (InBVG) and the Institute Industrial IT at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences (inIT) have pursued the goal of improving the compatibility of care and work and thus the situation for employed caregivers. As part of the EU-funded research project \"work & care\", a tool for planning supply situations was developed in this context, which serves as an initial assessment in a care situation. This tool DigiHelpCare provides suitable recommendations for further care and/or possible next care steps with references to, for example, care and healthcare facilities and service providers.
