KI-basiertes Unterstützungstool für pflegende Erwerbstätige

AI-based support tool for working caregivers Researchers at the Institute for Education and Health Care Research at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (InBVG) and the Institute Industrial IT at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences (inIT) have pursued the goal of improving the compatibility of care and work and thus the situation for employed caregivers. As part of the EU-funded research project "work & care", a tool for planning supply situations was developed in this context, which serves as an initial assessment in a care situation. This tool DigiHelpCare provides suitable recommendations for further care and/or possible next care steps with references to, for example, care and healthcare facilities and service providers. The research team developed this digital tool in the sense of user orientation for needs-based care and implemented as a prototype as part of a co-creation process
