Abstract
Three-phase converters are used in a wide range of application. Cost, the required output voltage and current, mains feedback and efficiency influence the choice of converter type. To save costs converters with lower switch counts are used. The topology presented in this paper allows to generate a galvanically isolated signal with only two switchable semiconductor valves. The functionality was verified with the help of calculations, simulations, and a prototype.
