{"conference":{"name":"European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition"},"abstract":[{"text":"For analyzing the long-term behavior of micromorphous (a-Si/μc-Si tandem) thin film photovoltaic\r\nmodules under different climatic and especially (sub-) tropical climate conditions, it is important to observe the lightinduced\r\ndegradation (LID) in dependence of the module temperature. According to the IEC 61646 standard, the\r\nimpact of LID on module parameters is determined at a constant temperature of 50°C with an irradiation of 1000\r\nW/m² at open circuit conditions. Until now previous papers examined the LID of amorphous thin film solar cells with\r\ndifferent temperatures and some other paper are about micromorphous silicon with an operating temperature of 50°C.\r\nSince the main reason for the degradation of micromorphous modules is the well-known Staebler Wronski effect in\r\nthe amorphous part of the cell, the temperature dependence of the healing of defects is also taken into account. The\r\nmeasurement of degradation and regeneration at higher temperatures is the necessary base for exactly forecasts of\r\nyield in sunny regions at temperatures higher than those in central Europe.","lang":"eng"}],"type":"conference","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"alternative_id":["3528","3567"],"date_updated":"2024-03-28T09:05:22Z","author":[{"first_name":"J.","full_name":"Weicht, J.","last_name":"Weicht"},{"id":"207629","orcid":"0009-0009-0247-8204","first_name":"Grit","last_name":"Behrens","full_name":"Behrens, Grit"},{"full_name":"Hamelmann, Frank","last_name":"Hamelmann","first_name":"Frank","id":"208487"}],"publisher":"WIP","doi":"10.4229/28THEUPVSEC2013-3CV.1.36","user_id":"237837","citation":{"ieee":"J.
